Myron’s first workout at Disney since leaving for Oxford

In my first day back training with Coach Tom Shaw, I was quick to notice the beautiful weather (84 deg F), the well-maintained fields, the state-of-the-art gym, and the endless supply of energy drinks at the Disney Wide World of Sports Complex. I am no longer at a functional Oxford training facility for my needs as an aspiring professional football athlete – I am in the big leagues. The actual training went well as we lifted weights focusing on leg strength and performed explosive movements with and without resistance on the field. The session was taxing so I took a long nap once I returned home. Tomorrow, it is on to the next one.

  • Hi,Myron.
I am a 18-year-old Japanese high school student.
In Japan, football is not so popular, but I love football very much!
I watched your interview on You Tube by chance, and have a interest in your story of life.
The more i know about you,the more I respect you.
Now I have been studying for college entering entrance examination, and I will play football as safety with wearing uniform number 3.
My dream is play football in US colleage.
Though it is hard for Japanese to play in US,I never give up and pursue my dream like you.
Your success make me feel that I can do anything!
I wish you further success from a distant country!!

  • Mr. Rolle,
I have been following your career since you got to Florida State. I think what you have so far as a young man has been amazing. Even though I don’t personally know you, I will pray for you as you enter the next phase of your life. Looking forward to seeing you excel at the next level.
