Myron really impressed me with his vertical jump yesterday. After our lifting workout, two days a week we do plyometrics here in Oxford.

Myron benched 225 lbs for 21 times today. That is a 3 rep increase from the last time he tested in August. Very happy with the progress he is making.
Myron will be doing a live phone interview during the FSU vs. Wake Forest game tomorrow on ESPNU starting at 12.
On Saturday October 31st, Myron and I went to the BBC Radio Station where he conducted a live interview for BBC Radio 4. It was his first interview with a UK Media outlet. After that we went to the British Museum.
A couple things people don’t know about Myron is his great sense of humor. He has a knack for making me laugh when I’m upset about something. He also thinks he can sing! He is one of the only people that I know that can sing a whole thirty minutes in the shower. Unbelievable.
It has been great working with Myron. I have a couple of jobs while I’m over here in Oxford with him. Aside from being his older brother and manager, I’m working as his “de-facto” trainer.
Football training has gone well.
